揚州港盾工程橡膠有限公司位于歷史文化名城 ——江蘇省揚州市。是國內專業制造港口、碼頭、船舶橡膠護舷大型企業之一。占地面積15000平方米，注冊6000萬元。擁有完善的橡膠護舷生產設備和檢測設施。是集橡膠護舷和系船柱的研發、設計、制造、銷售于一體的現代化企業，2013年收購一家鑄造企業，對落后的設備及工藝進行更新調整，增設10噸電爐，15噸行吊及消失模工藝代替傳統的木模工藝，大大提高了產品品質，從50KN-2000KN鑄鐵，鑄鋼系船柱系列規格。
公司已通過ISO9001-2000國際質量管理體系的論證，并獲得“質量信得過產品”、“全國信用示范單位”、“AAA級企業信用認真”等多項榮譽。
目前國內已有秦皇島、天津港、上海港、舟山港、福州港、廣州港、武漢港、連云港、張家港等數十個大型港口及葫蘆島渤海重工、武船重工、廈門船舶重工等國內大型船舶制造企業都使用我公司的橡膠護舷。
2、公司產品
我公司的橡膠護舷，技術結構先進，技術性能優異，且抗老化、耐腐蝕性強。產品有標準低反力、高反力、超高反力型；護舷系列有：W型、DA型、SC型、V型、GD型、D型、U型、π型、轉動D型、Y型、淺灰、發光、彩色橡膠護舷。其中彩色橡膠護舷為我公司主創，集港航交通標志和防護功能為一體。
為確保產品質量，公司配備完善的檢測設備，對原輔材料進廠、半成品膠料、橡膠護舷成品都進行嚴格的檢測。確保產品達到中華人民共和國HG/T2866-2003標準之要求。另外，公司還邀請權威檢測機構定期對我公司進行抽查。

1. Company Overview
Yangzhou Gangdun Engineering Rubber Co., Ltd. is located in the historic and cultural city of Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. It is one of the large domestic enterprises specializing in manufacturing ports, docks, and ship rubber fenders. Covering an area of 15000 square meters, with a registered capital of 60 million yuan. We have complete production equipment and testing facilities for rubber fenders. We are a modern enterprise that integrates the research and development, design, manufacturing, and sales of rubber fenders and mooring columns. In 2013, we acquired a casting enterprise and updated and adjusted outdated equipment and processes. We added a 10 ton electric furnace, a 15 ton overhead crane, and a lost foam casting process to replace traditional wood molding processes, greatly improving product quality. Our series of specifications range from 50KN-2000KN cast iron to cast steel mooring columns.
The company has passed the certification of ISO9001-2000 international quality management system and has been awarded multiple honors such as "Quality Trustworthy Products", "National Credit Demonstration Unit", and "AAA level Enterprise Credit Diligence".
At present, dozens of large ports in China, including Qinhuangdao, Tianjin Port, Shanghai Port, Zhoushan Port, Fuzhou Port, Guangzhou Port, Wuhan Port, Lianyungang, Zhangjiagang, as well as large domestic shipbuilding enterprises such as Huludao Bohai Heavy Industry, Wuchuan Heavy Industry, and Xiamen Shipbuilding Heavy Industry, all use our company's rubber fenders.

Our rubber fenders have advanced technical structure, excellent technical performance, strong aging resistance and corrosion resistance. The products have standard low reaction force, high reaction force, and ultra-high reaction force types; The fender series includes: W type, DA type, SC type, V type, GD type, D type, U type, π type, rotating D type, Y type, light gray, luminous, and colored rubber fenders. Among them, the colored rubber fender is our company's main creation, integrating port and navigation traffic signs and protective functions.
To ensure product quality, the company is equipped with comprehensive testing equipment and conducts strict testing on incoming raw and auxiliary materials, semi-finished rubber materials, and finished rubber fenders. Ensure that the product meets the requirements of the HG/T2866-2003 standard of the People's Republic of China. In addition, the company also invites authoritative testing institutions to conduct regular spot checks on our company.
3. Technical strength

The company has 8 high-level and intermediate technical personnel, 16 junior technical personnel, and 22 technical workers. The design and selection of fenders and the structural design of anti-collision plates by the Technical Research and Development Department have received praise from foreign users multiple times, which has led our company to win multiple bids in foreign project competition
